Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear you get cross-contamination poisoned by your roommates! I'm lucky to live with someone who eats the same food I do, but what advice would you give to us when we move in with other folks who are gluten-and-dairy eaters? Thanks :)

Keep your own everything! I have my own pots, pans, tupperware, toaster and so on. It just eliminates the risk of cross-contamination and confusion.
